Spread lies and rumors, tell others not to be friends with someone, shame someone in public, damage someone’s reputation or social relationships…

Cyberbullying

Post or send hurtful text messages, images, or videos, make online threats, deliberately exclude, spread jokes or rumors…

This contact does not replace or conflict with the use of the usual channels available at the school: the person responsible for school coexistence, the tutor, the head of the school year or the general management.

From this instance, we will collaborate with the school to address the reported situations. The school authorities will be in charge of leading the relevant processes in response to the complaints received.

Receiving a report does not automatically imply the veracity of all the information reported. However, it carries a responsibility to address the reported incident with the utmost seriousness and importance. This involves interacting with the people involved or affected, seeking to protect those affected and applying the corrective measures stipulated in the school regulations.
